We are the only caterers in our area with our own dedicated venue, and we're proud to be the approved caterers for a collection of the most characterful venues across South Wales.

What Makes Us Unique

Spiros team of caterers

With a structure including 12 chefs and 100 staff in total, we've got the strength and experience to handle the smallest and biggest events.

With 30 years' experience under our belt, we're a business for family generations. We're still with the same clients we had 30 years ago, and we're now working with the children of the families we catered for in the past.

We take a personal approach to business, and we've never forgotten our roots. One day we could be catering for an international sporting event and the next, we're serving supper at our regular bingo evening. That's what makes Spiros special.

Lisa Borg


Keeps a watchful eye over company standards and marketing, and is passionate about growing the business and staying on trend - although 'one step ahead' is better!

Jason Chapman

General Manager

Jason has grown into the role of GM after 7 years with the business and looks after the Spiros team as well as clients, keeping things cooking nicely with partners and venues.
