Could you plan and manage the most special events in our customers’ lives?

If ‘yes’ is the answer we want to hear from YOU – potentially our new Event Sales Coordinator!

This role will require you to co-ordinate weddings and events across the business whilst providing the highest level of customer service for our clients and working partners on every occasion.

What you’ll need

You must have exceptional organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will be required to work alone and as part of a team and must have a can do attitude with a passion for sales and hospitality.

Our Event Sales Coordinator be responsible for developing a close working relationship with our clients to ensure a high standard of service is delivered as well as working closely with our working partners and venues.

You will be required to:

  • Deal with client enquiries, quotes and ensure they are dealt with efficiently in line with company procedures in a timely and professional manner
  • Upsell / cross sell to clients where appropriate
  • Manage client bookings
  • Arrange client meetings
  • Set up client file details
  • Send contracts and keep updated
  • Communicate with clients when appropriate
  • Finalise event details
  • Provide clear and concise info to management team
  • Liaise with finance department
  • Communicate with our working partners
  • Manage office functions and ergonomics
  • Attend and co-ordinate promotional events
  • Meet KPI sales targets
