Recently, we catered for Maserati, the luxury car brand, over a few days at one of our newest venues, Cathedral 73.
We were tasked with creating an exclusive menu and dining experience for one of the most well-loved brands in the world – Maserati.
On the 11th-13th March, they held a ‘journalist day’ where private dining and car rides were top of the menu.
The event was held at one of our newest and loveliest venues, Cathedral 73. As a vintage Victorian building transformed into a luxury, boutique hotel, it was the perfect place for such an exclusive event.
We catered for them with a scallops starter, featuring a sweetcorn puree, smoked bacon and chervil. The main was a trio of beef, finished off with a dessert of clotted cream panna cotta with British strawberry compote and basil caviar.

We love trying new and unusual challenges, and catering for a corporate client over a few days is always interesting. We had great fun with Maserati and Cathedral 73 – combining luxury cars and a boutique venue was a match made in heaven!
